Naomi works on the School Mental Health Specialist and the Peer Mentoring programmes and collaborates with stakeholders to develop innovative programming in the field of school mental health.

Previously Naomi ran the schools programme for Time to Change (the national campaign to reduce mental health stigma and discrimination), authoring teacher training modules, creating mental health networks for school leaders and supporting 2,000 schools annually to deliver best practice. She also rolled out workplace mental health training for Rethink Mental Illness to hundreds of employers.

Naomi is a qualified psychotherapist who worked extensively with survivors of domestic abuse. Naomi has significant experience of supporting young people with mental health problems and has always been passionate about young people’s wellbeing having begun her career as a community youth worker.

Naomi is an avid football fan (best not to mention here which team she supports), a gardening enthusiast and amateur vegetable grower. She lives in London with her husband and lots of books and houseplants, but loves nothing more than a trip to the seaside even in the English (year-round) cold weather.
