Judith is a HR professional who has spent many years in Talent Acquisition; most notably at Deloitte where she was a senior manager responsible for talent acquisition nationally for several key divisions of the business. She has completed both CIPD and Assessment & Selection qualifications in addition to attaining a Modern History degree from the University of Oxford. As a mum of two primary school age children she recognises the importance and value of good mental health and well being in the education sector.
Her own experience in the UK education system has provided her with a profound passion for lifelong learning.
Judith is currently Vice Chair of Governors at John Ball Primary School in Blackheath, with a focus on Well-being and HR. In addition to the above Judith enjoys house renovation, keeping fit, travel in the UK and internationally, getting the most out of living in London and spending quality time with her family.
