The course is made up of six short units, each taking around one hour. Most participants complete it over six weeks, but you can go at your own pace within the cohort timeline.

You’ll receive the Level 2 Award in Understanding Mental Wellbeing, a nationally recognised qualification awarded by the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH).
The course is fully online. It includes videos, short readings, activities, and discussion boards. A facilitator will guide you throughout the course.
It’s a short multiple-choice quiz at the end of the course. You’ll need to score 14 out of 20 to pass, and your facilitator will help you feel prepared.
